Huirou @ 7 Months

I bought this dress for her to attend a wedding with us. Really gorgeous right? At seven months, we are seeing Huirou meet a lot of developmental milestones.


Without further ado, our little one has already accomplished the following:

1. Moves commando style ALL OVER the place. She can scoot from one end of our king-sized bed to the other in 10 seconds. (Yep, this geeky momma timed her :) )
   
2. She can rest on her palms and her knees but yet to figure out how to dig in with her knees to crawl. So stay tuned for this exciting event, coming soon :)
3. Able to grab something and pass it from hand to hand. Able to take aim at things she wants. If she doesn't get what she wants, she exercise her verbal skills. see below
   
4. Last month, she will try to desock herself; but this month she can definitely do it whenever she wants. She just pull her socks off with her ...ermm... gums ...
5. Able to sit without support. But still plops down with a BIG thud when she gets tired. When will the young lady learn to be less chor lor??? (Hokkien: rough)
6. Have solid foods 3 -4 times a week. Loves carrots.
7. Able to utter 2-syallabus gibberish. the experts say that these are pre-language development. I just think they are cute. But then nothing is uncute about her.
8. Is a little apprehensive of strangers at the same time have developed some mild separation anxieties. namely, she is getting clingy attached to me

So, she's still the same happy baby. Just physically stronger, smarter, taller, and more willful.
